Equipada com sistemas precisos de controle de temperatura e press\u00e3o, esta m\u00e1quina de moldagem por inje\u00e7\u00e3o e sopro garante espessura de parede uniforme, acabamento superficial liso e precis\u00e3o dimensional est\u00e1vel em cada lote de produ\u00e7\u00e3o. As aplica\u00e7\u00f5es abrangem garrafas farmac\u00eauticas, embalagens de cosm\u00e9ticos, embalagens de produtos de higiene pessoal, garrafas de PEAD para alimentos, recipientes para bebidas e embalagens qu\u00edmicas, tornando-a uma das m\u00e1quinas de moldagem por inje\u00e7\u00e3o e sopro de pl\u00e1stico mais vers\u00e1teis dispon\u00edveis atualmente na classe de 80 toneladas de fechamento.<\/p>\n<p>Esta m\u00e1quina de moldagem por inje\u00e7\u00e3o e sopro totalmente el\u00e9trica opera sem \u00f3leo hidr\u00e1ulico, com todos os movimentos acionados por servomotores. Ela alcan\u00e7a um tempo de ciclo 20% menor em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com os modelos hidr\u00e1ulicos convencionais, atingindo 8,2 segundos por ciclo para frascos de 30 ml, o que se traduz em 105.000 frascos por dia em condi\u00e7\u00f5es padr\u00e3o e uma produ\u00e7\u00e3o di\u00e1ria m\u00e1xima de 115.000 frascos. O consumo de energia \u00e9 reduzido em aproximadamente 30%, consumindo cerca de 12 kWh por hora durante a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de frascos de 30 ml. A opera\u00e7\u00e3o servo silenciosa \u00e9 complementada por encoders absolutos em cada eixo, proporcionando a precis\u00e3o e a repetibilidade exigidas tanto por linhas de produ\u00e7\u00e3o farmac\u00eauticas GMP quanto por f\u00e1bricas de embalagens cosm\u00e9ticas de alta velocidade.
